1. General provisions
This policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and applies to information submitted by users through the UMKA.WEB website.

2. Data we process
- user name;
- phone number, Telegram handle or another contact provided;
- enquiry content and information about the proposed project;
- calculator selections, budget, timeline and features;
- technical information needed to secure the form: IP address, browser type, date and time of submission.
The website does not request special categories of personal data, payment details or identity documents.
3. Processing purposes
- process the enquiry and prepare a response;
- estimate project cost and timeline;
- contact the user by phone, email or messenger;
- prepare a commercial proposal and continue communication at the user’s request;
- protect the website and form against spam, abuse and technical attacks.
4. Legal basis and processing methods
Processing is based on the user’s consent, expressed by ticking the checkbox and submitting the form. The controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, use, block and delete data using automated or non-automated means.
No automated decisions producing legal effects for the user are made.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Data is not sold or made public. Limited access may be granted to hosting, email and technical service providers only to the extent required to operate the website and process enquiries, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Disclosure may also occur where expressly required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is retained until the processing purposes are fulfilled, communication regarding the enquiry ends, or consent is withdrawn, unless longer retention is required by law. It is then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable technical period.
8. User rights
The user may request information about data processing, ask for correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. To do so, send an email to info@umkapro.ru and include the contact details used in the enquiry.
9. Data security
The controller applies organisational and technical measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, copying or destruction of personal data.
